Calling ALL Volunteers ...
Looking for volunteer web designers, developers to help me continue to create and help maintain animal rescue websites. There is no pay involved, but there is great satisfaction in knowing you are helping save lives. I use a CMS program that is very easy to learn and use, making it easy to design websites that animal rescues can maintain themselves if they choose to. If they choose not to, it makes maintaining their website a breeze.
MyFundit Fundraising Site Launch
I'm am beyond excited to announce the launch of my new fundraising site MyFundit.com!! I am personally geared towards helping animal rescues but the site is available for use by anyone needing or wanting to raise money for any project or idea they can think up!! In the future I plan to hold contests, drawings and other fun events to give money away to rescues who are always in desperately in need of funds. Welcome to FREE Animal Rescue Websites!
I design and maintain free websites for animal rescues. I can host, design and update your site for you. The design and updating is free, I charge between $5.00 and $20.00 a year for hosting depending on the size of your site. Most rescues pay $5.00 a year, this basically covers my cost. Creating, maintaining or teaching you how to maintain your site is ALWAYS FREE.
I use a very easy to use CMS (content management system) that anyone can use to be able to update their own site if they would like to, otherwise I will update it for them free of charge. You can see some of the sites I have created using the CMS and a few of the rescues do update their own site as noted below.
Some features of the CMS include, an event calendar, top banner slider, photo gallery, paypal donation widget, a poll plugin just to name a few. And I can create pretty much any kind of widget or plugin you may need. I also have a very easy to use form creator that is very useful if you need contest entry forms or online applications that are sent to you and the potential adoptee via email. This is a well rounded, easy to use CMS that I will help you learn to use if needed if you decide to update your own site.

I re-did this site a few months ago, this is the second time I have remodeled this site. I am very happy with this version, as are they.
This is a new site, I am using a domain I bought for rescues that don't have domain names. There is no charge if a rescue wants to use my sub-domain instead of buying one.
