Why I Do FREE Sites For Rescues

Many years ago I decided I couldn't foster, some people can, I just can't. I have always had animal companions and I know I could never give them up once I got attached to them, I would be a major foster failure. So I decided my way of helping would be doing FREE websites for any animal rescue that wanted one ... it was perfect! I love doing websites and what better way to spend my time than to help animal rescues that needed a site.

I started doing the the FREE sites back in1996, in 2006 I started a hosting company to further help the cause, now I can also provide very reasonably priced hosting. Because of word of mouth I have also been contacted by and taken on clients that are non rescue accounts that pay a little more, this helps offset the cost of running the company. It took a few years but I am finally to the point where the hosting pays for itself, most years!

  • I will NEVER charge any animal rescue to design and or maintain their site AND I will always keep the cost of hosting to the lowest price I can afford, NEVER more than $20.00 a year, that is my promise to you!
  • Any animal rescue qualifies for a free site ... you DO NOT have to host with me to qualify, but in most cases I can provide cheaper hosting, but that is entirely up to you.
  • I can help purchase a domain name if you'd like, this is a cost the rescue pays, the registrar I use charges $13.00 a year for domain names, a very good price.
  • If you don't want a domain name I can provide a sub domain using a domain I bought especially for this (myresq.org) there is no charge for this. Example of a rescue web address using my sub domain is; saintbernardrescuetn.myresq.org.

All in all, I try and make your website as low in cost as possible so you can spend your money on saving animals and getting them into their new forever homes!!
